You might be able to build it with those encounters with pk3ds if a hack including all exclusive wild encounters doesn't exist.

I'm planning on modding Pokemon USUM, but I don't know how.
Maybe possible with pk3DS or you can try editing your save file with PKHeX.
- been trying for about four hours to get pk3ds to work, now it keeps saying this when i put the rom in. any ideas? new to this and would appreciate help.
