The weird world of Windows file paths
It's worth learning at any age, especially now that it is an open-source, cross-platform shell. The PS Koans [1] that recently showed up on HN seemed an interesting way to try to learn it.

Early Pulling Hunts
I think a major reason for this is that all S, A, B rank hunt information (along with all FATEs) have been democratized through the sharp rise in the use of the Sonar Dalamud plugin (you can get more information if you scroll a bit). In case you aren't familiar with Sonar, it is a closed source plugin that hosts a universal database of all overworld hunts and fates. It is constantly updated using data acquired from players that have it installed, and each of those players has the option to opt into receiving pings for any specific type of hunt or fate they would like.
