The one they liked most is from the open-source project CrypTool (www.cryptool.org), which should help people to either self-educate or support teaching about cryptography and cryptanalysis.

CrypTool 2 has several different Enigma solvers, so you could try those. It's gonna take a while to run them though and since the message is rather short, it might not work.
