Property Management System for Landlords ?
Hi, i used EspoCRM in the past, and i know that it could do most things https://www.espocrm.com/. They have a Real Estate addon offered for free. Anything can be extended by new fields, or you could create a separate module with relations without programming. You could create a portal for tenant to drop in requests for repair and so on. Mail marketing is also possible. Only thing i am not sure about is payment, but there might be an extension for that. Its worth the try π best regards
