If those still don't work, since you mentioned CloudFlare, try the CloudFlare Warp. You don't have to trust their client if you don't want to, https://github.com/ViRb3/wgcf can create a WireGuard profile to use. And you're already using CloudFlare network for a portion of your internet traffic anyway even if you don't directly use their DNS/app since their CDN powers millions of websites.
