Also, visit this link https://github.com/ossu/computer-science if you want to know more about self-taught education in computer science. This course teaches you everything you need to know about computer science. It takes around 2 years to complete if you do it 3 hours per day.
For R, I don't have specific resources, but I remember I started out with doing tidytuesdays challenge (https://github.com/rfordatascience/tidytuesday).
For python, as a start, I learn the basics from MIT edx website (https://ocw.mit.edu/courses/6-0001-introduction-to-computer-science-and-programming-in-python-fall-2016/), just watch the lectures, do the problem sets, then move on to try out the easy problems in leetcode & neetcode (https://leetcode.com/, https://neetcode.io/) to solidify it in.
