There's a mod for Java servers that allows Bedrock players to join as well. https://github.com/GeyserMC/Geyser
There is also this project (https://github.com/jhead/phantom) that allows you to create a bridge inside your network such that it looks to your Xbox as if there were a game running on the home network but you can configure it to point anywhere - it will require running the software on a PC, it basically acts as a relay between your home network and whatever server you point it at.
