For donations you could use paypal, which is free if the donations come through friends and family or something like stripe (fee per transaction) to add support for cards and walltes. Maybe you could also try a mixture of both.
For hosting you have a lot of possibilities, you could either go with free services like github pages, heroku etc. or pay for a simple webspace/-server (price varies between $1 to ~$5 a month). Also a lot of webspaces come with included domains. And some domains even come with a built in mail server/can get upgraded with a mail server for ~$2, so you dont have to use google forms and can look more proffesional with a fitting email adress.
