People don't go to coaching classes for materials alone, it helps them to stay in schedule and keep motivated by seeing others who are competing for the same spot. If you are still motivated to do civil services exam, just try to get into a coaching centre or a study group. If you are still interested in CS after exploring various career options. For Web dev, there is a website called Odin project which has a detailed curriculum. Check out freecodecamp or datacamp which has beginner friendly courses for python and SQL.
