Inclusive menstrual cycle tracking apps?
I use log28 for Android! It's super straightforward and you can have it hide any tracking options you don't want to be asked about (although unfortunately you can't add custom ones). https://github.com/wildeyedskies/log28

Private Period Tracking Apps - Secure and Protect your data.
...and it seems like the dev hasn't put any time into working on the application since 2020? Someone submitted a pull request in 2021 to fix a bug relating to the start of a period cycle, the scroll library is apparently out of date, and apparently doesn't have time to implement new features like an ovulation predictor or even a data export feature (which would be trivial).

Delete Your Period Tracker Apps
This. And if you really need a period tracker: use free & open-source period tracker apps (like this one for Android) that do not use internet permissions. This way you can make sure there are no trackers, and your data isn't being sent somewhere else (staying on device).

When tracking your period lets companies track you
A quick search showed me these two: https://github.com/arnowelzel/periodical and https://github.com/wildeyedskies/log28. Both are available on F-Droid.
I don't use Android and I don't have periods, so unfortunately I can't really tell how decent they are.
