  Unless, you meant that you already have a Banner, but burning it in a village does not trigger a raid. In which case, that's a tricky one. My first step would be to make sure you are on the most up-to-date version of the pack (currently 1.4.3). If updating doesn't fix it and no one else chimes in with a fix, try asking on the Crucial 2 Discord. If you don't have a Discord account or don't want one then I'd suggest checking the Crucial 2 Github Repo to see if anyone else has had a similar previously. If not create a new issue with as much info about the problem as possible. Though this will require a Github account.
