hrtime
A thin Rust library which converts seconds into a string of colon-separated time or vice versa. (by marcelohdez)
// To load RUST_LOG from .env file. dotenv().ok(); /* On Ubuntu 22.10, calling UtcOffset's offset methods causes IndeterminateOffset error!! See also https://github.com/time-rs/time/pull/297 ... */ // TO_DO: 11 is the current number of hours the Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) // is ahead of UTC. This value need to be worked out dynamically -- if it is at all // possible on Linux!! // let guard = init_app_logger(UtcOffset::from_hms(11, 0, 0).unwrap());
Project mention: Show HN: Tu – Convert natural language date/time to UTC | news.ycombinator.com | 2024-04-12I don't think this is very well made. Uses a hand rolled parser with no formal grammar. Special case logic is not documented, e.g. https://github.com/ad-si/tu/blob/main/src/chrono_english/par...
But I guess it solved the author's problem and we can't argue with that.
